Kat is your girl if you're looking to gain lower body muscle while keeping your core snatched, which a lot of male trainers could not give me. She is very professional and will always explain in detail the exercises you might not be so familiar with. She will "push you to failure" to get the most out of your workouts. There were many times where I felt like I had nothing left to give but she knew I could give more for my ultimate body goals. I have never felt as much core soreness in my life until l started working with Kat. I would recommend Kat to any person looking for someone to encourage them and train them in detail on a full body transformation. If you put in the work and show up for yourself, Kat will be there to guide you every step of the way!

I've been training with Kat for almost 2 years. She took me to another level with my workouts. Now that I have her and the training plan on my phone, makes it even better. Bonus she’s affordable! The app has so much information between the workouts and logging in your food & water. It’s been
my favorite fitness app to date. She explains every workout and accommodates if you don’t have the right equipment. Highly recommended!

I’ve had multiple trainers in my life, this app and Kat’s app has outdone them all at a small fraction of the cost. I did the shred and then opted for the personal training to continue the results I achieved in just 6 weeks time. I can’t recommend it enough. This is the future of personal training.
