Truckbase

Please fix how it always always has to be restarted. Also make a dark mode!

I own a 17 truck fleet and we have put about 7,000 loads through Truckbase. The Truckbase app updates load status to our customers and our office instantly when drivers mark it on their phone. It has expedited our invoicing, eliminated the need for tracking calls and emails as updates are pushed directly to customers and given our drivers access to documents related to the shipment they are assigned to. Also I have used the app to dispatch loads to drivers right from my phone. It has been an incredible blessing and I highly recommend it to other fleets.

Truckbase is a highly effective TMS for our trucking company. They have made it easy to communicate load information from dispatcher to driver. Where other apps have provided complicated or not enough options, Truckbase has worked hard to provide a useful and a simple to use platform.
