NO STAR . No instruction, no voice! Does not indicate when the dog finds the article.Totally weak tracking app. NOT like the original app

I can see this would be a very good app for the purpose, but there are a LOT of steps that have to be followed in a *specific* order to get a laid track to be coordinated with a run track. And it takes a lot of guessing to figure out which steps you might have missed. The app itself is confusing because the buttons on the track laying portion are identical to those on the run track portion, yet their functionality appears to differ. (It is also not clear what functions the buttons actually have, so there’s guessing involved.) All this would be pretty much a non-issue if there were some information somewhere about how to actually use the app properly. I have found none on the website nor within the app itself. This is very frustrating and I am in the process of running a series of test tracks and developing documentation just for my own use (and that of my tracking group). But I shouldn’t have to do that. I’d probably give it 5 stars if it had a manual, but since it doesn’t (and is far from obvious), I can’t.
