Hot mat Pilates has quickly become my new obsession! I really appreciate how each instructor tells us to honor our bodies and go at a pace that feels good for each individual. Thank you for creating a space that feels like home!

I finally tired Pilates… I feel like Ive should’ve started 5 years earlier, nevertheless, I enjoyed my time & I think I’m hooked. Pilates is not for the weak however, I believe I can do better if I stick around and build up my strength, endurance & stamina and definitely drink more water 💦 🌸 💃🏾

Loved when this app is created! Makes booking all my classes so easy. Would love to have some type of community interaction aspect added in, with many like minded people with similar health and fitness goals, i think it would be pretty cool to have a space to allow us all to connect! Also even though we do have the ability to add to calendar, it would be convenient if we were to be able to receive notifications directly from the app with class reminders. Overall great app, thank you Pilates Co!!
