While the pop-up asking for an upgrade to the premium version is a slight inconvenience, the absence of ads in the free version more than makes up for it. Overall, this is a fantastic app for anyone with a curiosity about bugs. It's an invaluable tool, even for non-scientists like myself, and provides a great starting point for identifying insects. I only rated one star because if I gave zero stars I wouldn’t be able to write a review. This app is so inaccurate! I took a picture of a moth I captured and it said it was a North American Luna Moth, and it most definitely was not! It wasn’t even green! I even tried with the caterpillars. I’ve had better success with Google 😤
