The only good thing about Pergolux is the quality of the parts made, the instructions are terrible. You think for $20,000 they would have an installation video for the 13’x19’ model that I purchased. The installation PDF is very confusing and doesn’t give you all the information you need for all the options so you have to somehow navigate back and forth slowing you down greatly. I’ve been reading blueprints and doing construction for 25 yrs along with my father whom had 40 yrs and we were perplexed and how badly the PDF directions were. Great product 10 of 10 but the instructions are 2/10

Spent a day setting up the pergolux sundream for a customer and was hoping the app would be easier to use than the counterintuitive remote that has each function tied to different channels, the app said the Bluetooth had connected but did not offer any functionality or anything past the pairing screen. Not a good look.

I couldn’t agree more with the other reviews. Spent a ton of money on the pergolux which is amazing but you can’t use the app and the remote is from 1992. It wouldn’t let me make an account and it will never connect. Amazing pergola, absolutely horrible instructions and terrible remote.
