For over two months — and over 18 emails of going back and forth — absolutely nothing was solved. Every reply from QuizMate was random, useless nonsense that didn’t even make sense. This wasn’t the first time they sent me something completely unrelated to my issue; it’s like they just type whatever to get customers off their back. At one point, they even called me the wrong name, when we had already been 16 emails deep, which shows they weren’t reading my emails or paying attention at all. I had an active account the entire time I was reporting issues, but instead of fixing the constant glitches (not staying signed in, having to repeatedly click to answer questions, wasting my time), they now claim I never had an account — even though I only canceled it because they refused to fix anything. The audacity to gaslight me after months of their own incompetence is unbelievable. Their “support” is slow, careless, and unprofessional — sometimes taking over a month to reply, and even then it’s copy-paste garbage or messages that feel like they were meant for someone else entirely. The site itself is glitchy junk, a complete waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money. QuizMate is a prime example of how NOT to run a company. I will dispute this with my bank.
