This app is actually really helpful. That may sounds sarcastic or ironic, but it’s true. I was actually able to use this app to help me relax and calm down, and just “make nothing”. I could see this app being helpful for a lot of people with a competitive nature, you can get some time off your phone, while also seeing how long you can push yourself to sit and do nothing.

This app helps me track how long i sleep for if I remember to stop it that is. But overall it’s a good app that helps you do nothing hence the name.
