I needed to get through a very busy reservation line. It takes hours to get through to talk to a person. It still took hours, but it was so nice to be able to multitask. The person on the other end of the line was just told to hold and a call quickly came through on my end- so the transfer worked well on both ends of the call. Only annoying feature was that it wasn't clear I was going to have to pay for more credits, but definitely worth the low cost to get more time in my day. Definitely recommend if you're trying to get through a super busy number.

I just wish I knew about this app a long time ago, saved hours and hours of trying to redial. Worth every penny, And it’s not a lot of money either.
