Benkyo Box

I’ve been using Benkyo Box to help me match names to faces so I remember who is who when at networking events. It’s a really versatile flash card-like app and they seem to be adding new features and customizability fairly frequently. I really like that this app lets me keep my own data. No uploading to some 3rd party server. Everything’s just on my phone or in iCloud. Really straightforward and I appreciate that in today’s app world.

the app looks great and runs smooth theres just a few minor things that could be better, first and most important would be being able to have a picture as well as having text on the same side, also a glitch on macOS that happens is when you start tying in the ‘question’ section of the card the word question stays above what you are typing until you click off, so it makes it hard to see what your typing, and another small thing is id like to be able to edit the order of cards, i don’t know why but sometimes when i click the plus to make a new card it will go at the top but sometimes at the bottom which makes it feel unorganized, this app would be a easy 5 stars with these simple fixes!

Easy to use very intuitive it help me pick up new knowledge like types of connectors in my spare time. Great apps!
