App Profile: Sweat Society

Sweat Society is a fitness studio offering full-body strength classes on an Xformer machine, as well as full-body cardio on a Versaclimber. We offer 30-minute cardio classes, 50-minute strength classes, and 50-minute mixed classes using both machines. Both of these methods are non-impact for your joints, but highly effective in delivering results. Come ready to smile and sweat!
