Was able to get it working and it does exactly what they promise. With the added features of being able to edit the initial greeting and the option of turning on/off the prompt to notify the call that the call is being recorded. The transcripts aren’t perfect, but they transcribe the entire call. Which is awesome for those phone calls you completely forget even happened, or when you’re just trying to remember when that one appointment was. They also show a summary of the phone call, which again isn’t perfect but captures all the important bits to jog the memory.

I downloaded this app about a week ago and it was great and then all of a sudden it just stopped working not answering calls not announcing nothing so obviously I’m getting rid of this thing during the trial. So I don’t have to pay for it. It seems to be working again, but sometimes it’s difficult to hear

Beware of the app. I stopped receiving any calls on my phone. Phone never rang, no recorded voicemails and no recent missed calls never showed up. The only way I knew if someone tried to call is if they sent me a text telling me they tried to call. I canceled trial subscription and deleted the app. Calls were still not showing up on my phone. You would think that after I canceled and deleted the app, and reset the phone that I would start receiving calls again. But nooo. Tried to call app developer. They don’t take calls from the number. Message says is unmanned phone line. I emailed them. The catch 22 is that if someone did try to call you back, you wouldn’t know it because you can’t receive phone calls or notification that they did call. I went through the online support questions myself and found a topic about “what if you’re never receiving calls”. Evidently with this app, there is a call forwarding number. Topic said to go into your phone and turn off call forwarding. Did this and now phone works. I don’t usually leave reviews but feel like this is a bug they need to fix. Also, if anyone else is having this problem, hopefully this will help them.
