App works fine - no one responds. About as useful as a chocolate kettle.

Needs work…

Wouldn’t recognize my account from the old app; had to create new account…never rec’d new PW email, nor confirmation of new account creation. THEN—when trying to upload requested photo, the progress circle went on forever…”Uploading…” After 15 min., I just called police dispatch. Will delete both old & new apps. Most Apps have become a waste of time, space & $$$…(I would never PAY for any app). C’mon, web developers: stop crippling website functions to force app use…which rarely work as claimed, and if they do work, they will stop someday soon via updates & canceled OS support.
