One subscription covers both you and your partner.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charges will be applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription term.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal anytime in your Account Settings after purchase.
