This app has upgraded my quality of life! Medical records and phone calls are documented effortlessly. To-do’s help me to never forget anything. “Ask CoVet” helps me make better clinical decisions and generate personalized client-info handouts. Medical History Summary gives me bullet-point quick-reference documents for new patients that show up with huge medical records. Discharge summaries make sure the client has a roadmap to follow. And I’m still discovering all that this app can do. Support is usually responsive AND helpful… a rarity these days. CoVet has changed my life. No matter how busy I’ve been, I’m rarely more than 30 minutes late getting out of work to enjoy my personal time. CoVet has made my job so much less stressful!

My work started using this app to do medical notes last year. At first it was great but it’s kind of getting a little tedious now. Has weekly updates that doesn’t seem to fix anything but make it worse. Layout has changed to where you can’t easily see what you generated anymore on the mobile version. Last 2 weeks things are being excluded from history even when regenerating to make it more detailed. That used to not happen. Also three times now in the past 2 weeks I’ve tried to record history on my phone and the app crashes when I lock my screen and I don’t find out until I’ve left the exam room. This also used to not happen. How is it that this app gets a weekly update but nothing is being fixed. Love the concept but all these bugs defeat the purpose of making charting a breeze.

For veterinarians this program will change your life. No more notes. No more forgetting what owner’s said or declined. I think this will change our profession more than anything I’ve seen in the 27 years I’ve practiced. Unbelievable what technology and AI can do now.
