As the developer of this app, I use it since day1. It started with simple functions like food and nutrition. I would use it in the morning and make changes to the app afternoon, making sure every part and every button is useful. I really enjoy the simplicity of the app, make it so easy to track nutrition and workouts. I start to realize the power of making 1% improvements everyday, like 1g less fat, 1 more reps or 5 more lbs weight to lift, can make a total difference in months. And it is surprise to see that the weight I lifted everyday equals 6 cyber trucks.
