I had to transfer money from the USA to a relative in Syria.. I downloaded the App, initially couldn’t figure out how to use it, so I reached out to customer support on their Telegram channel, Aya was extremely helpful, took her time to walk me very patiently through the steps, made sure to keep communicating with me to confirm the completion of the transfer. They provided the best exchange rate and the best customer service I ever had.

Very easy way to send money through your cellphone while you’re sitting home, fast and reliable and customer service is very good (Rawan was very helpful and nice and patient with me all the time)
