I look forward to reading these affirmations. It is a gentle reminder that everything will be fine.
I'm enjoying the app and find the affirmations to be spot on with a great variety. I appreciate the option to select affirmations by category and to add my own. However, my main concern is that the affirmations rotate too frequently. This rapid change can sometimes make me anxious, as it disrupts my ability to fully absorb each affirmation. Even when notifications set to low, the affirmations change every time I scroll past the app on my phone, which further contributes to this issue.
The first few affirmations I received are not relevant to me (overcoming addiction and losing weight). How can I mark them so I do not see them again?
