I found Rise a couple of weeks ago when I was invited to the Grand Opening. Over the last ten years living in Camas, I have tried a few different boutique fitness studios and have enjoyed them all. The difference with Rise is that I now have such a variety of excellent classes to choose from each week. Versaclimber (the only class of this kind in WA), Barre, Lift, Cardio, Yoga, a class called ‘Yah’… the schedule at Rise meets every need. And what I value most are the people. The owner, front desk manager, instructors and clients, it’s all just good energy and it feels good walking through the doors. LFG Rise!
