LG Remote Control for TV #1

I immediately downloaded the app for the LG remote control; then I was offered the chance to buy the pro version, I bought; then I was offered a “lifetime“ pro subscription, and I paid for; many many times the app loses the history of the fact that I am a subscriber – this is extremely irritating; at different times, there has been a command offered, called something like restore version, or restore purchase, and that always worked but the day suddenly I get an automatic update and it completely changes the interface and my app no longer works damage. There was no warning from LG and I’m out shopping on the App Store all over again.

Seeing the LG ThinQ in the title has you think this is an LG App. The free LG app does most, if not all of what you would need on a phone remote. This app is subscription based and cost six dollars a week. In other words about 300 plus dollars a year. WOW! That seems quite high to me. To the seller, did I misunderstand something here? If so and your app is a good value, let me know and I will redo my review. Update No response from seller and I see others with similar negative reviews. Use the app that’s free from LG over this app. This app does nothing worth paying 6 dollars once little alone as a weekly subscription or 300 a year.
