A lot of us struggle with motivation when it comes to working out and sticking to an exercise program. I struggle with this BIG time! The challenge gave me the motivation to exercise 5 days over the last week which is more than I’ve exercised in months! I’ll continue joining the challenges and look forward to increasing my stats during the next one! This also makes me want to continue exercising in between the challenges to keep getting stronger! I also like the “betting” part … it boosts that motivation even more to try to win part of the pot.
I’ve had a peloton for over a year and had less than 30 rides total prior to this challenge. I’m really out of shape since I’m not used to working out regularly, but by the last workout I was pushing myself to burn more calories than I did the previous workouts.
Another fun part of it is getting friends and family to join and compete. I had a blast trying to beat my little sister’s total calories burned! Ha!!

I did the challenge with some friends and family members who all like a friendly competition. We started a group chat so we could trash talk each other through the challenge. It was a really fun way to motivate each other and to stay in touch through the whole challenge. That made it feel like a real group competition and added to the whole experience. The challenges are a source of motivation for me, and through this I have loved challenging myself to stay committed. Looking at the daily updates gave me the inspiration to work harder to burn more calories.

I needed the extra motivation to be consistent. I knew I had to workout, but
It has always been easier to just put it off. Once I put money on the line, it became something I needed to do so I didn’t lose the cash. Also the possibility of earning more made it all the more motivating! I have been using this site for several months and I am down 10 lbs from my starting weight. This was the motivation I needed to make small changes which led to small results at first, but noticeable. I would encourage everyone that needs a little push to give it a try.
