Okay in reality I’d give the app like 3 stars. I feel that the results are pretty accurate and it gives good glow-up advice. The problem is that you have to pay $5 PER SCAN you buy their Pro membership expecting scans for the whole week. No you get 1 and they literally say “free scan in a week” which is quite ironic because you don’t get it unless you pay another $5 to renew ur membership. Great idea by bad owners
I recently downloaded umax with high hopes, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. Where do I even begin? First off, the interface is clunky and outdated, making navigation a headache. It feels like I’ve been transported back to the early 2000s. But wait, it gets worse. The app constantly crashes, leaving me frustrated and unable to complete even the simplest tasks. And don’t even get me started on the customer support – nonexistent would be an understatement. I tried reaching out for help with a technical issue, but it was like shouting into the void. To top it all off, the promised features barely work, if at all. I might as well have flushed my time and data down the drain by downloading this app. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Umax. Trust me, you’ll thank me later.
Advertisement for this app just seems to straight up insult people, call them ugly, and then recommend their own app. But for the app itself it’s completely inaccurate and lazy work. easy to bug out and crash. and when the app actually works it just pops up random numbers i submitted the same picture 3 times and almost every time a different number trying to get me to buy products they don’t sell. Here’s what i think this app is about: I think the products they try to tell you to buy wants to get your clicks on the link because they make money over the fact you bought the product from the link you clicked. A little like drop shipping. Wait no EXACTLY like drop shipping. So please please please don’t buy into the model of this app because i guarantee you could find actual helpful advice from a real professional or a reputable source.
