I was really surprised when i joined, this really changed my social life, meeting amazing people every month through intimate dinners and fun community experiences. Love discovering new places and brands and Base + has so many cool perks and benefits, really recommend it.

This social club is poorly organized, and the staff often comes across as entitled and defensive. For example, dinner was scheduled for 8 PM on the app, but a message was sent the day before stating that it would now be at 7 PM. This same issue occurred during our first dinner, where the incorrect time was posted, leading one person to arrive an hour early. When I promptly informed Jasmine that I wouldn’t be available at 7 PM due to the original 8 PM timing, she quickly blamed me, suggesting I was in a different time zone. After confirming that I wasn’t, she immediately mentioned that they had already paid for dinner and couldn’t offer a full refund, even before I had a chance to discuss possible alternatives. Given the lack of accountability and the unwillingness to address the situation, I decided to cancel my membership immediately. I hope this feedback encourages the club to improve its communication and customer service.
