After a failed delivery we visited the shop and spoke to the owner. He very kindly refunded our payment and made a fresh batch of food. The shop owner was very apologetic and sorted a sorry situation with style. I recommend not using the app (powered by "Food Hub") which would appear to be the failure point. The food and the shop are actually highly recommended!
App works well but would have preferred to pay by ApplePay rather than inputting my card details.
