I often call the local boarding pet store to make reservations for my dog. Usually the hold is 15 minutes and Never Hold saved me time. Simple to use interface enter the numbers and what option you want to get connected and the AI assistant does the job for you. You get a connecting call when somebody is on the other side of the line. Cool app.

Every time I call PG&E I wait at least 20 minutes on hold-i typed in the number on never hold and it actually waited about 15 minutes on hold before calling me and connecting me with a customer support representative-was super helpful and I’ll be using this with my doc office / apts going forward.

Was a bit skeptical at first, but after using it a few times I gotta say my mind was blown. It waited on hold FOR THREE HOURS.
How the tech works is beyond me but this app is dope. Pretty mind blowing and borderline scary tech
