Forced you to use the app and authentication services you never heard of

Poor Service
I see in the updates that it failed to deliver because address was incomplete. No way to update the address and they don’t even call. Then I randomly see that’s it been dropped off at a pick up point without having received any notification about it.

Forced to use app for basic functions
Bring forces you to use this app to manage your packages, when that could all just be part of the website. Furthermore, they require you to create an account, which in particular requires a phone number, which additionally has to be from one of a few countries. This makes certain package management operations impossible for me.
