Took me a while to figure it out. But I will say this, after spending time trying to navigate the cancelling process, they immediately responded and completed my request.

I downloaded the app. I received two notifications that women had written to me but I could not access those notes until I purchased the upgrade. For Several days, when I tried to access those notes, I got a prompt telling me that I had already upgraded, but I still couldn't see the messages… Customer service was no help and seemed to be giving me instructions based on a different app! Now, almost a week later both messages have disappeared and the users don't exist anymore? One, I might believe was an accident but two seems a little fishy. they are denying my request for a refund. Don't waste your time or money.

I am reaching out regarding an issue I am experiencing with the Widow Singles app. I have tried several times to open the app, but it is not working. I also asked two of my friends to try it on their devices, and it did not work for them either.
I have already paid for the service, and it is frustrating that I am unable to access the app. I feel like my money is going to waste. Please look into this matter urgently and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
