Hidden Pearls Studio is a yoga and wellness platform on a mission to heal the world by healing the self. Our classes are designed to help people at any level of experience build awareness to be present in their lives.
Following the monthly flow of yogic numerology, our classes are a blend of breath work, yoga, strength, restorative, and kundalini practices, that offer a holistic way of experiencing and healing all parts of our physical and energetic selves.
Honoring that we all enter a new month in different phases, we will release a collection of classes at the beginning of every month. Whether you have a menstrual cycle or not, these practices offer different levels of intensity for syncing your practices with the different cycles of our lives.
From our blend of offerings and intentions, you’ll always find something fun that strengthens your awareness, moves stuck energy, and leaves you feeling more connected! For less than $1 per day.
