Channel 3 is a site for gamers that gamifies social media. If you love gaming, this is the place to be! It features fun daily quests (which are questions ranging from “favorite Capcom games” to “which video game character would be a better wedding caterer?”), daily minigames, and the best community around. The admin team has fostered a very positive and engaging community. I’ve been on Channel 3 a couple years and I’ve seen an impressive level of polish added to all the facets of the site. There is still room for improvement in some of the UX, but overall it is easy to navigate. Another great feature is clubs, which are groups created by C3 members around common interests. There’s a couple very robust Mario Kart groups with weekly events, a group for neurodivergent gamers, and even a group for folks interested in grilling. While gaming stays the main focus, it’s not the only thing we talk about. I’m on the app multiple times a day, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Channel 3 has members that play all kinds of games, regardless of platform, and are welcoming to new members and trying new games. There’s daily and weekly mini games, events, and quests that keep you engaged and playing games each day trying to chase a new high score or show off your coolest gaming moments every week. If you’re looking to join a community that loves to play games and have fun, consider joining Channel 3! I can’t recommend it enough!

I LOVE this app! it’s social media like i’ve never seen before. the community is so kind and they all share a common interest: their love for gaming! if you like gaming, this is the app for you. the best way i can explain it is a mixture of wikipedia, instagram, discord, pinterest, and twitter. however, all of the apps mentioned are lacking in some way and are just not as efficient as channel 3 is. there’s events, conversations, ratings, challenges, and more!
