EMPI DREAM - Dream Exploration

I use EMPI everytime I have a dream -- they make it so easy to record them in their Dream Journal feature. The dream analysis is so insightful and meaningful, as it helps me dissect my emotions and understand how my waking life is affecting my dream life. The patterns feature helps me keep track of my mood each week, too! Both the Dream Lab and Dream U features have been very informative as well!

This app is perfect for someone who forgets their dreams often and wishes to remember them. The dream journal feature has many specifications that allow you to track every aspect of your dream, and it’s fun to look back on. As someone who is not into lucid dreaming as of now, this app makes it very easy to start. It is a slow ease into concepts of lucid dreaming, and doesn’t make it feel intimidating at all. Also, I always wondered what my dream would look like in a photo, and this app never fails to create the most beautiful image of my dream! Overall, love this app.
