First off, I’m diagnosed with severe anxiety & depression as well as being on medication for about 2 years now. I’m on and off with therapy, but that has changed since I’ve downloaded this app. I’ve had this for maybe a few weeks? And I absolutely love it. It’s exactly what I NEED to pull myself out of “work mode” which doesn’t help my anxiety.
It makes me wanna be better.
I can send myself reminders to snap me out of my head which happens too many times in one day.
I can write my dreams down and since I’ve downloaded this app- my creative dreams have come back.
There’s something about this app that comforts me. It’s not complicated, it’s simple yet effective.
I recommend anyone struggling to give this a try, a GENUINE try, like I did.

Hello. This application is designed to help develop Presence. To break the chain of cause-and-effect thought flow several times a day and make room for Mindfulness.
Create an array of messages that you would like to receive from yourself throughout the day. They will come along with reminders about mindfulness. Specify what time your day starts and ends, choose the number of reminders and the sound with which they will come.
Awake will become your personal organizer of mindfulness, including a large number of features:
— A space with customizable ambient music will help you relax and reflect. In the future, this section will be replenished with new ambient sessions.
— A space for internal transformation called "Trees" will help you form desired habits and achieve your goals.
— If you are engaged in lucid dreaming, then you know the importance of writing down your dreams. In Awake, you can keep a dream diary. This space can be locked with a password.
