I love how simple and easy it is to use this app. It’s made my fitness journey so much easier than when I tried to do everything myself. All the workouts are customized, and I love the nutrition tracker. Eric and Selena are always available to help with any questions or concerns. Since I started with MBS Fitness, I went from wearing a XL/1X to a M/L in clothing. I feel more energized, confident and motivated, and I’m at the point where I enjoy working out at the gym. I highly recommend MBS Fitness to anyone who wants to start a new fitness journey or to anyone who wants to take their fitness journey to a new level.

I wish I could give more stars. This app is filled to the brim with amazing things! The nutrition tracker is a game changer! I have been able to stay below my calorie deficit everyday with ease. It counts all my intake and lets me know everything about what I’m putting in my body. The support from my trainer every day is also something I’d like bring up. With Eric talking to me everyday, giving me encouragement and keeping me accountable. It has definitely helped me to grow in the stability I need for the gym. While also helping me to do my best every time! They design a workout program that specifically matches your needs to help you lose weight and build muscle. Because everyone is different when it comes to fitness. I’ve lost about 14 pounds since starting with Mind, Body, Soul and I’m looking forward to losing more!
