The MMMW app requires a subscription that includes:

- A customizable meal planning guide based on your unique profile
- Your choice of nutritionally sound food plans, including Heart Healthy, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and all food groups
- Support to manage special dietary needs
- Shopping lists created directly from your planned meals
- The ability to share your meal plans and shopping lists with anyone in your network
