Driver’s location is not showing real time. No call to driver option which is risky as reading or typing messages is not safe for the driver while on the wheels.
The app assigns drivers that are more than 30mins away. It seems the developers do not know Manila traffic despite heavily milking its identity as a 100% Filipino company.
Until UTOL obtains a sufficient amount of drivers, the platform is practically unusable for riders. Every single time I try to book, both on off-peak and peak hours, the app says that there aren't any drivers available. This is in stark contrast to other TNVS apps that do have drivers available. I will have to stop using the app for the time being.
