Such a terrible experience. If there was less than one star, I would have given it that. I attempted to make an international transfer. The transfer transaction status was “under review” requesting me to update the transaction with more information for it to complete. I decided to cancel the transfer. First, there is no option in the app. I contacted customer service and what a horrible service that was. One guy ended the chat before I even completed my question. Apparently, he had no time for customers. Another person tried to help but again told me that I can’t cancel the transfer. Seriously? The money is just held now “somewhere” but neither with me nor the receiver. And they are telling me to update the transaction to complete. I kept repeating I want to cancel it. There is no point in the transfer. Just absurd. They are saying you can cancel only if the receiver is picking it up cash, and transfer to bank account can’t be cancelled. Really? من أسوأ التجارب على الإطلاق. يا خي كلام مو منطقي أبداً. ما يسمحو لك تلغي حوالة دولية حتى لو العملية ما تمت. والفلوس تصير معلقة لا عندك ولا عند المستقبل. يقول لك حدث البيانات عشان توصل الفلوس للمستقبل. يا خي ما اريد العملية تصير بالمرة. وخدمة العملاء من أسوأ الخدمات. يكلموك من خشمهم من دون احترام

The application is too basic, it allowed me to activate one child account while the other since more than 12 days is in waiting status though I contacted them through phone and the issued a ticket and closed the ticket informing me that the account is activated. I LOGGED OUT of the application and tried to log in again and it keeps telling me there is a problem try again later. I contacted them through X app. and their reply was to contact their number to solve the ISSUES. I did and called and when I enter the password set before by me it says I have a wrong password then I chose to contact the customer support through the phone and I have waited for any employee to pick up the phone and no response. This is one of the worst experiences with E bank accounts I have encountered up to now. Not recommended at all for the time-being
