They have all these jobs listed that they say oh yeah, you can make up to $30 an hour in reality. All of those jobs are already taken by their preferred members. You’re not gonna get anything good every single job that you’ll be fighting for for last minute, Dibs is going to be low wages and not really be culinary industry mostly like dishwashing or possibly like cash register and greeting.

Love Culinary I have been with them for a very long time. However, I do not like the app. The new update is horrible and, you can no longer see the name of the shifts when they come in as notifications. You’re only able to see it as a new position which is a waste of time to click on something only to find out that it’s either to far or, it’s already been filled. The older version was way better so I don’t understand why they hide the position and just replaced it has new position… Also, everything now comes in as last minute emergency shifts. I like Culinary better than Instawork because at least they don’t scam their workers!
