I have no idea what this is and I’ve had two charges and requested a refund they have told me twice they will refund me but I haven’t received anything and now when I try to reach out to message them it won’t let me push send and goes to a premium screen that wants me to pay just to send them a message on our chat that already exists. I’m feeling very scammed.

Not sure what to do on it, but I like it!!. AI and a lot of stuff that can protect the iPhone. This is amazing.
