Unlike many other fast food apps where the focus is on ordering ahead and rewards management, this one focusses mostly on online ordering. There is very little advantage to this app, beyond ordering, if you live near their location. All of the push notifications and offers are for remote pickup points, not for their central location. I’d place a bet that the people that have push notifications on for an app like this and who live in the small towns targeted by the notifications is not a large overlap. Great company, great location, GREAT donuts. It’s on a good trajectory but just needs a bit of tidying up. (Oh and a better coffee supplier 😅)
