I can whole heartedly say this is the best workout app I’ve used. The programs are phenomenal, the UI is easy to work and everything is very easy and accessible. I was a fan of sika strength for a while as they give great weightlifting advice and are entertaining to watch and when they announced the app I was super excited to try it out. This is the BEST bang for your buck you can get with a monthly subscription and access to the best programs I’ve run.

I’ve had great results running two rounds of Sika Strength RTA prior to the app’s release so it was a no brainer to give it a shot. Having the programming accessible on the phone in app form made it much more convenient to log workouts, make adjustments based on performance, and access my training log while in the gym. You can even run two programs simultaneously if you’re so inclined. I ran the 12-week weightlifting program to prep for a local meet and was thrilled that I was able to hit all-time PRs in the snatch, clean and jerk, and total. Highly recommended!
