I get locked completely out of my account ATLEAST once a month. The old app was better as I never got randomly locked out. I have to contact customer service way too often. I have the correct user and password and it still says it’s unrecognized. I’m about to pull all my money from this bank and switch to a different one that’s how annoying this app is.

I use this app for mobile deposit, and have been doing so for a few years, with the most recent update, occasionally the prompt to take a picture of your check WONT EVEN APPEAR. You literally have to get lucky to get the 'take picture' button every time you open the camera to deposit a check.

Read the comments, I too, about once a month get locked from my account. I go through the prompts on how to verify my identity and wait for the text message link, etc. and it still prompts you to call to get your account unlocked. What a pain.
