UPDATE: clearly updates to app have been made. It got worse …. ORIGINAL: I love 507. Every step of the app is a point of friction. Suggestion to add a time for pickup = ASAP or move the pickup time to the end of the order process. Every time I tried to pay the time I had been allowed to select was no longer available. Had to move time 5 times.
It’s fitting that such a killer coffee shop would have such a killer app. These folks just know how to run a business. This app runs seamlessly and I actually enjoyed seeing how many options there were to the modifications of my items. Honestly, this works wayyyyy better than the Starbucks app. But when Five07 is around, there’s no reason for me to go anywhere else in the first place!
App is intuitive and simplistic. It’s made my ordering so much more simplistic as I’m often on the go with me littles. Very thoughtfully built by the owners. Thank you 🙏🏽
