The app have buttons to get to menus but I couldn’t see any back button on my iPhone. Adding a return to menu button would make the app more user friendly. The app also refers to a Facebook group without providing a link. This could do with being added.
It’s a great tool to help reinforce to men that it’s not De-masculine to need help from time to time. Normalising mens mental health is a must !!! Don't become a statistic become a survivor!! Great app all the best men !!
