Amélioration du suivi et de la transparence des dossiers
Il serait important d’améliorer le suivi des dossiers après l’introduction d’une demande. Beaucoup d’utilisateurs ne savent pas clairement si leur dossier est bien arrivé au service concerné, à quelle étape il se trouve, ni quel est le délai normal de traitement.
