I work for zapmoto as well. An I’ve noticed that after we’ve claimed several trips, we look at our schedule and they are gone.. They are mostly the high paying ones. We always know when their favorites come back to work, because ones we’ve claimed, are completely gone off our schedule and are left with the $8-10 runs. Which is absolutely not fair, especially when we’ve scheduled days in advance. We hear all the time from our dealership how they like that we are reliable and do our job, but we continuously get our claimed trips taken away from us. Just an fyi to everyone, the salesman can take trips away from you even though they are not supposed too. But we’ve found it to be true so many times. An nothing gets done about it, because when it’s brought up it’s brushed off.. I’ll leave this here and I’ll be done, if you are not buddy buddy with the salesman then good luck on getting trips. I can promise you this, you will start noticing trips disappearing. I’ve taken pictures of my schedule every day just to see how many I lose in a days time. I’ve lost at least 5 or more in a day..

It seems like there is a waiting period for you to be approved on this app. Once you’re in, someone contacts you about the process and locations to drive. Best part is you’re not using your vehicle as often as you would other gig work!

To add on to the 1st review Once you let them know, you know that it’s a 1099 and not a 9 to 5 they can retaliate by taking away trips giving you one to two trips for the day and you never can reach anyone.. meanwhile, there’s people that get over 10 trips a day their favorites maybe be like two people they make sure they get all their trips plus more meanwhile everyone else gets zero to two trips. They also retaliate by giving you multiple trips under $12 mostly $8-$10. Meanwhile certain people get all the $14-$20 trips. Dnt waste your time!!
