i’ve been sitting in a parking lot for 20 minutes now trying to access the vehicle however, the app doesn’t work. There’s some sort of bug issue. I will request a refund fix this, please

I cannot download my documents onto the app. I’ve tried multiple times with my smart phone and my iPad. Always comes back as “documents unreadable”. How about a Fix, Hertz?
