Simpliers - Instagram Giveaway

I had to pay $13 for 5,000 entry “credits” because my giveaway had more than 200 entries. Ok, fine. I set my rules, told the app to take a screen recording, and it spun and selected a winner, only to have the app completely glitch out. My screen became all jittery and I could barely make out the winner’s name. I’m thankful I did this on a TikTok live so I could show people what was happening, because it didn’t save a vide like I had asked. For the same reason it was also kind of embarrassing. I inquired with the developers about their advertised money back guarantee, and they said Apple would refund me since I subscribed through Apple. I have requested a refund, not sure if I’ll get it, but there are a million of these apps out there and it stinks that hosting my first giveaway involved such a glitch. They get 2 stars because at least the winner showed up in a results page that I could take a screenshot of later, so people could tell the drawing was legitimate. Also, as far as I can tell there is no way to force the app to check and see if someone follows you. Is that a given?
