Terrible
This app has a bug and I think it was prematurely launched. In addition, you will lose all the beneficiaries that I added previously and you will need to had them one by one from scratch. بطلوا تسترخصوا وشوفوا حد محترم يعمل لكم تطبيق محترم تحديث: لما يكون كل الناس بتشتكي وإن ماخدش راضي عن الخدمة .. منتظرين ايه علشان تصلحوا؟ تحديث: التطبيق بيعطل أكثر ما بيشتغل

The worst ever
Since I downloaded the new app, I am not able to transfer money or pay a bill online. I live in the States and it has been over a month now since I got the new application. Every time I try to transfer money, it tells me an invalid date!!!!! Very bad customer service. No one is willing to help and every time I call, they place me on hold forever. Extremely frustrating!
