Not sure what everyone is complaining about here. The one problem I had was with my phone disconnecting from the laser cutters WiFi network since it had no connection to the internet. Once I bypassed that and homed it I had no issue getting things working. First ever laser cutter experience too so you know it’s not a fluke.

brand new longer 10 white engraver, download the latest version of this app, after three hours, still can't get anything to work, or to recognize each other. Tried from my laptop as well, USB, wireless, built-in, wireless hotspot, nothing works. Nothing but garbage. Everything is being returned on Monday I can't believe appsThat are this poorly written are allowed in the App Store. Avoid this company at all costs. HORRIBLE customer service.

Tried online support and no luck. Called the 888 numbers and message came after 5 minutes ringing saying “We are sort that we can’t answer now “ . What kind of customer service is this? I am going to return the machine because I can’t get a resolution for the problems I am experiencing.
