I've used InstaService to schedule plumbing service and the whole process right from scheduling, communication, quality of work and pricing was great. I liked the flexibility of picking an appointment time and they are available every 30 mins , all 7 days! The app is well designed with all the information listed clearly for the service required. Highly recommend and will definitely keep using for my future needs!

-not wordy and to the point in description
-popular/primary services are at the front page
-navigation is easy and comprehensible
-referral and unique proposition at the bottom is to the point for its benefits
-category of services and user information regarding the dimensions of a utility/room, how many, desired time, # of pets, and services included are easily to select and comprehensible y digestible to read
Cons:
-while cleaning options are have the customizability and necessary info provided for the customer, this is not given the same attention to detail in the “furniture assembly option.” While you can comment before purchase, lack of a general description to what requires assembly makes it hard to understand how to help the customer and what types of tools would be needed.
-especially in the furniture assembly page, there are repetitive bullet points used to imply a member of the team copy and pasted the information. This type of sloppiness is unacceptable as it creates doubt in the user’s mind when it comes to professionalism on the part of the business.
