This app has been exactly what I needed! I follow Seana on IG, decided to download the app, and haven’t missed a workout since. Her beginner program made it so easy for me to get back to lifting weights (I’m 46 and haven’t consistently worked out in years), and I am excited that there are intermediate and advanced programs to progress to. If you are a woman over 40- this is best app for you! Easy to navigate , amazing workouts and tons of options plus meal ideas etc ! LOVE this app! Seana rocks !
